Stefanie Riethdorf, business graduate

A clinic concession means a very high administrative effort - we are a small hospital. Stefanie Riethdorf supports the management in mastering these extensive tasks. The business graduate checks the organizational processes and is responsible for all contract-related topics in connection with the surgical planning. No patient is operated on by me without the "GO" from Ms. Riethdorf. She is responsible for ensuring that all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are strictly adhered to in the turbulent everyday clinical routine. Mrs. Riethdorf has to keep an overview at all times and intervene to correct things if necessary. As a mother of three growing children, she has the best qualifications and quickly won the trust of all employees thanks to her amiable nature. My husband and I are very grateful that Stefanie takes care of all the annoying little things for us and also finds time for the everyday worries of our team.

Tasks: Personnel organization, financial controlling, patient contracts, correspondence and correspondence, appointment controlling.

Sabine Maria Legat, MFA

Frau Legat is the boss of the calendar. If you want an appointment, you can't avoid the multitasking talent. Born in Austria, she is a trained beautician, lymphatic drainage therapist and has also completed training as a medical assistant. She was able to gain experience in 5 star spas and worked in various capacities at various plastic surgeons and clinics before joining my clinic in early 2018. Due to her extensive training, Ms. Legat is also responsible for BTL radio frequency treatment, intimate bleaching and medical peeling in our clinic. That means Ms. Legat is actually on duty everywhere in the clinic – she only leaves the operating to me.

Tasks: Appointment coordination, doctor's assistant, lymphatic drainage, Exilis Elite, med. Peelings, intimate bleaching.

Nora Bierschenk, MFA

Ms. Bierschenk closes the last gap in a perfect team. Born in Berlin, she is our newest addition and perfectly fills the central position at the front desk. All threads come together with her. While Ms. Riethdorf takes care of the administrative side of the operating room patients, Nora takes care of the medical part. She coordinates all patient appointments with Sabine Legat and supports Vanessa in the consultation hours. This requires a high degree of concentration and flexibility. I am very happy that we were able to bring Nora back to the Spree after many years in Düsseldorf. Her calm and conscientious manner is an asset to the team and the clinic.

Nancy Michalowski

Nancy Michalowski is my surgical technician assistant, i.e. surgical nurse. I perform around 300 operations a year in my clinic, and despite the routine, each operation has to be carried out with the greatest concentration and safety. And for that, a top OTA like Nancy is indispensable. Nancy prepares every operation with the surgical assistant team and ensures that I can fully concentrate on the patient during the procedure. Every move is spot on, everything runs harmoniously together like in a ballet without big words. Working with Nancy is not only a great pleasure, she is also an extraordinarily lovable person. Because if you work together concentratedly for up to 8 hours on an OP day, harmony in the workplace is of particular importance.

Birga Hauptman

Birga Hauptmann is a skin specialist and has many years of experience in microdermabrasion. This treatment is an ideal addition to our surgical spectrum and to the injections to refine the complexion and make the skin radiant again. She also offers skin analysis and advice on skin care.
