Summer is coming, the trees are shining purple and yellow – the cool season is approaching. On the one hand it becomes nice and cozy, on the other hand we get tired faster and a little sluggish. The reason is often an undersupply of important minerals and vitamins. Who f.e. suffers from celiac disease or is on a purely vegan diet may not absorb enough vitamin B12, and a lack of vitamin D can lead to pain in the limbs and muscles. Symptoms of iron deficiency include tiredness, dizziness, and decreased performance.
