Exosome Anti-Aging Therapy

What are exosomes?

Exosomes are tiny, membrane-enclosed vesicles (30–150 nanometers in size) released by almost all cell types in the body. They play a crucial role in cellular communication by transporting molecules such as proteins, lipids, RNA and DNA from one cell to another. Exosome anti-aging therapy utilizes the regenerative and reparative properties of exosomes to rejuvenate skin, improve cellular health, and mitigate the effects of aging. Exosomes, especially those derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), are rich in bioactive molecules such as growth factors, cytokines, and microRNAs that play key roles in cell repair and regeneration.

How does anti-aging exosome therapy work?

Exosomes deliver growth factors (such as transforming growth factor-beta, TGF-β) to fibroblasts in the skin. These signals stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, important proteins for maintaining skin firmness and elasticity.

Reducing inflammation:
Aging skin is often characterized by chronic, low-grade inflammation, known as “inflammaging.” Exosomes contain anti-inflammatory cytokines that reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, creating a more youthful skin environment.
Cellular repair and regeneration:
Exosomes transfer microRNAs and mRNAs that activate repair mechanisms in skin cells, support DNA repair and reduce cell damage caused by UV exposure or environmental stressors.
Promoting angiogenesis:
Exosomes stimulate the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) by delivering vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). This improves skin hydration, oxygenation and nutrient delivery, contributing to a radiant, healthy complexion.
Reduction of pigmentation and fine lines:
By modulating melanin production and improving cell turnover, exosomes help lighten hyperpigmentation and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

How does anti-aging exosome therapy work?

In our clinic we use an innovative procedure in which we extract the exosomes from your own blood. To do this, around 90 ml of blood is taken from you in our clinic and in the first step PRP (platelet rich plasma) is extracted. The exosomes are then stimulated and multiplied in this plasma using a special procedure. IIn the next step, an exosome concentrate is extracted from your PRP in a two-stage centrifugation processThis is then immediately injected using fine injection needles or an injection gun into different depths of the skin.

What can I expect from an anti-aging exosome therapy?

Improved skin texture and elasticity.
Reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.
More even skin tone and less hyperpigmentation.
Healthier, more radiant complexion.

What side effects are known with anti-aging exosomes?

Immediately after the treatment you are able to socialize again, there is no downtime or Discomfort. In some cases, slight redness or swelling may occur on the injection sites, but these subside within a day. No other side effects are known, since exosomes are the body's own messenger substances.
