Naturally beautiful skin – through the power of your own blood.

The vampire facelift – also known as Dracula therapy or PRP treatment (Platelet Rich Plasma) – is an innovative and particularly natural method for Skin rejuvenation and skin texture improvement. This procedure uses the patient's own processed blood plasma to to stimulate cell regeneration, the To stimulate collagen production and the significantly improve skin elasticity – completely free of artificial additives or foreign substances.

How does a vampire facelift work?

In the first step, a small amount of blood is drawn from the patient. Using a special procedure, the excluding red and white blood cells, so that a focused Platelet-rich plasma, growth factors, proteins and nutrients is created. This so-called PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is then injected into the previously locally anesthetized skin – either with very fine needles or via Microneedling.

The highly concentrated growth factors promote the regeneration of skin cells (e.g., fibroblasts) and the formation of new collagen, elastic fibers, Hyaluronic acid and tiny blood vessels. The result is visibly smoother, firmer, and fresher skin—all naturally, from the inside out.

Vampire facelift in combination with hyaluronic acid

The significantly more effective treatment primarily concerns the moisturization of the skin. In addition, the cell-renewing components of the plasma remain in place longer and can thus unfold their effect better.

Autologous blood therapy with autologous fat

Autologous fat injection also benefits from the obtained plasma. Thus, it aids in healing and prevents a large amount of fat from subsequently breaking down.

PRP therapy is a gentle, effective, and biological alternative to classic anti-aging methods. She relies on body's self-healing powers, to improve skin texture and rejuvenate the complexion in a completely natural way—ideal for patients who value naturalness, safety, and long-lasting results.

Frequently Asked Questions about PRP Injection – Vampire Facelift.

All three terms refer to the same procedure: the extraction and injection of the body's own blood plasma (Platelet Rich Plasma) for skin rejuvenation. The term vampire facelift or Dracula therapy is the colloquial name, while PRP treatment is the medical term. In our clinic in Berlin-Charlottenburg, we work with a modern PRP preparation system for particularly concentrated and effective results.

Initial improvements in the skin's appearance are visible after about 7 days. The full effect unfolds over 3 to 6 weeks, as the formation of collagen and elastin is a natural process that takes time. The result therefore looks particularly natural.

With regular touch-ups every 4 to 6 months, the results can last up to 2 years. We recommend starting with a series of 3 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart to sustainably activate collagen production. We will discuss the exact interval individually – every skin is different.

The procedure is almost painless. Upon request, a numbing cream can be applied before the treatment. During the injection, the sensation is comparable to a small shot. The treatment takes a total of about 30 to 45 minutes – and you are socially active immediately afterward.

The vampire facelift is well tolerated by most healthy adults. It is not suitable for: acute inflammation or infection in the treatment area, blood clotting disorders, certain autoimmune diseases, as well as during pregnancy or breastfeeding. During the consultation, we will determine whether the treatment is suitable for you.

Prices start at 550 euros per session. For a complete series of treatments, we recommend 3 sessions – we will discuss the exact costs during a non-binding consultation at our clinic in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

Yes – and that is actually particularly effective. In our clinic, we regularly combine the PRP procedure with hyaluronic acid (the plasma tubes already contain hyaluronic acid for a deep moisturizing effect) as well as with autologous fat injection, where the plasma improves the engraftment rate of the fat and supports the healing process.

We treat the face, neck, décolletage, and hands particularly often. However, mild acne scars and generally sun-damaged or tired skin also benefit from PRP therapy. During the consultation, we will determine together which areas would yield the greatest effect for you.
